With over 25 years experience in the Energy Industry, C.J. Arnold is the founder and CEO of Kel-Ar Energy Consulting. C.J offers expertise in Interstate Pipeline Operations, Municipal Gas System Consulting and Overseas Oil & Gas Production.  C.J. regularly consults for and with municipalities and energy providers throughout the southeast United States on Energy Accounting and Management Services issues.

 

C.J. is also a partner in A.C.T. Energy Management Services offering Management expertise, Energy Accounting and Gas Supply consulting including Gas and Electrical Prepayments.

A 2006 graduate of Louisiana State University’s Electrical Engineering department, Brandon Arnold is a computer engineer and is the sole product designer of the monitoring system ’Diagnostic Data Link’ (DDL) for industrial machinery distributed and supported by the Monitech Division of Hoist & Crane Service Group of New Orleans, LA.

 

Brandon offers his software developing skills in data migration for new software customers converting to Caselle® as well as general IT services. Brandon also works in the field for KEC when engineering expertise is required on-site.

 

Tiffany Rogers is a software sales consultant with KEC. In addition to sales, Tiffany also works in software support for the Utility Billing, Service Orders and Cash Receipting modules of Caselle® Governmental Software as well as cMobile Workforce®. She works alongside Brandon in customer data migration for Utility Billing customers.

Tammy Arnold is KEC’s office manager. In addition to administrative duties, Tammy works in software support specializing in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Receipting. In addition to offering software support, Tammy also offers Governmental Web Design services and maintenance. Tammy also works alongside C.J. in the Auditing department of KEC with the ongoing monitoring of flow computers on our customers’ lines and doing regular comparison reports as well as assisting with compilation and input of data for Rate Studies.

 

In addition to training and support, KEC also offers off-site fund accounting services such as monthly bank reconciliation and account balancing. 

Brandi Arnold also works in Caselle® support doing behind-the-scenes regular checkouts on customer systems to help find issues and assist the customer in getting them corrected before too much time has elapsed.

 

With network-based support services, our technicians are able to remote in to customers’ sites at a moment’s notice to view their issues of concern and assist that customer in correcting them immediately. We also offer off-site system back-up services on either a regular basis or on an as-needed basis such as times of severe weather or replacing hardware.
