Electronic Service Orders for Caselle®

 

Kel-Ar Consulting also offers an exclusive product that works alongside the Caselle® Service Order module called cMobile Workforce©. cMobile WF allows the billing clerk to upload new service orders to a pda or handheld device so that technicians can make electronic entries in the field instead of keeping up with notebooks or clipboards full of paper that can easily be lost, soiled or illegible when the data is returned to billing clerk. Clerk can then download the updated and/or completed work order directly into Caselle. This can be done as many times as necessary until a service order is closed out.
